The press turns the preparation obtained with the mixers or kneading machines into the initial dough sheet. Just place a fixed quantity of dough (between 11 and 13 kg, depending on the type of dough) over its rectangular cavity, push the start button and the upper part of the equipment will go down, pressing the dough without making it burst or generating heat. The size of the initial dough sheet is 50 cm x 70 cm. It is compatible with our sheeting modules or any other sheeting machine of any brand. The press can also be used to prepare the mixtures of flour and margarine for making puff pastry. Regarding its main characteristics, the P-50 dough press is capable of applying an excessively higher pressing force than the rest of the machines available in the national and international market. This power is generated with a geared motor that is connected directly to the "shaft" or "main screw".
